Q: Do I need an appointment to apply for Medical Programs?
A: No. You can apply several ways:
1. You may call us at 651.565.2613 to have an application mailed to you to complete and return to our office.
3. You can apply on line at ApplyMN and submit your application electronically for fastest service.
Q: Do I need an appointment to apply for Cash Programs?
A: Yes. You must call our office to schedule a face-to-face interview for all cash programs. Or walk-in service is available Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., if that is more convenient.
Q: Do I need an appointment to apply for Food Support Programs?
A: Yes. However you may do your interview in person or have an appointment time scheduled for an interview over the phone. You may also use our walk-in service which is available Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., if that is more convenient.
Q: What if I move to another county, do I need to reapply?
A: No. Please contact our office at 651.565.2613 to report that you have moved and provide your new address. We will make arrangements to transfer your case to your new county so your benefits are not interrupted.
