The Regional Rail Authority of Wabasha County, Minnesota, convened in Regular Session at the Wabasha County Courthouse, in the City of Wabasha, Minnesota on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at 1:13 p.m.

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Harms.
