Meeting of May 25, 2010
The Board of County Commissioners of Wabasha County, Minnesota, convened in Regular Session at the Wabasha County Services Building, in the City of Wabasha, Minnesota on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. The meeting was called to order by Board Chairman Dwelle. The following Commissioners were present: Windhorst, Dwelle, Riester, Norman and Hall.

Motion to approve the agenda.

Commissioners reported on meetings they attended. Administrator’s Update: asking for quotes to move water line, courthouse and annex renovation waiting on rewiring, and there will be a meeting to discuss union contracts with Commissioners Dwelle and Norman. There was no public comment during the public forum.

Motion to approve the consent agenda including the following: Claims Meal Vouchers SSIS Claims Minutes: May 18, 2010

Resolution No.: 2010-103
Whereas, Public Health has received grant dollars to purchase a regulation vaccine refrigerator, which is a requirement by 2012 to continue vaccinations, and
Whereas, Wabasha County must establish a line of credit with the vendor Sanyo North America Corporation in order to make this purchase
Now Therefore be it Resolved, by the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners that: a line of credit of $6,000 be established with Sanyo North America Corporation for the purpose of purchasing a vaccine refrigerator and temperature monitoring device.

HALL - NORMAN
Resolution No.: 2010-104
Whereas, Public Health will need to purchase an approved vaccine refrigerator and 24/7 temperature monitoring device for this refrigerator, prior to January 1, 2012, and
Whereas, Public Health has received grant dollars to fully fund this purchase
Now Therefore be it Resolved, by the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners that: Public Health purchase an approved vaccine refrigerator and 24/7 temperature monitoring device, not to exceed $6,000 with grant dollars that were intended for this purpose.
Abstain: Riester
