Meeting of February 3, 2009
The Board of County Commissioners of Wabasha County, Minnesota, convened in Regular Session at the Wabasha County Services Building, in the City of Wabasha, Minnesota on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting was called to order by Board Chairman Windhorst. The following Commissioners were present: Windhorst, Dwelle, Riester, Norman and Hall.

Adopted Unanimously
Commissioners reported on meetings they had attended. Scott Nelson from Zumbro Falls spoke during the public forum regarding Camp Victory.
Recessed for Regional Railroad Authority meeting at 9:12 a.m.
Reconvened at 9:38 a.m.

Motion to approve the consent agenda including the following: Claims Meal Vouchers SSIS Claims Minutes: January 20 and January 27, 2009 Accept Donation from Faith Lutheran Church for the Substance Abuse Program - $400.00

Blaine Hentz, E-911 Coordinator, updated the Board and the Public on the 911 System and GPS information.

Resolution Number: 2009-020
Whereas, Camp Victory has requested changes and additions to their Conditional Use Permit granted 3/23/04 to place and operate a Christian Kid and Adult Camp with multiple structures as regulated under Article 9 Section 3 Subd. 3 of the Wabasha County Zoning Ordinance.
Whereas, the conditional use request was presented to the planning commission public hearing on January 20th, 2009. Now therefore be it resolved by the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners that the request be honored with recommendations presented by the planning commission in discussion with the county attorney, county engineer, emergency management director, and zoning administrator. Failed for Lack of Second.

Revisions are as follows: Item #12- Total Population to remain at 325, not 350.
Resolution brought back with above revisions and voted on as amended.
