The Emergency Management Office makes an organized effort to mitigate against, prepare for, respond to,and recover from all-hazard emergencies. This office works with the Federal Emergency Management Agency(FEMA), Minnesota Division of Emergency Management, area law enforcement, fire departments, and EMS to coordinate the plans and operations of the various components of emergency response personnel. This office is responsible for producing and maintaining an approved All-Hazard Emergency Operations Plan for Wabasha County.
